Our services include cradle-to-grave support by experienced contract professionals, who understand the FAR, Agencies FAR Supplements, CFR, and DCAA audit process. Acquisition Planning Support

  • Developing acquisition schedules, project plans, Statements of Objectives and Independent Government Cost Estimates;
  • Conducting market research and drafting acquisition alternative documents;
  • Developing Acquisition Plans, Solicitation Documents (RFP’s, RFQ’s, and Statements of Work), developing Performance Based Work Statements and preparing Determinations & Findings;
  • Conducting competitive procurement solicitations, conducting pre-bidder conferences and preparing and issuing RFP Amendments;


Source Selection Support

  • Developing Source Selection Plans, Proposal Evaluation Plans, Organize due diligence activities and/or meetings;
  • Providing evaluation support and assistance with evaluation of an offeror’s proposals;
  • Developing Technical Evaluation Reports, Cost/Price Evaluation Reports, and Best Value Recommendations;
  • Developing negotiation plans and conducting negotiations;
  • Documenting and justifying all procurement transactions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency procurement regulations;


Contract Administration Support

  • Conducting performance-monitoring activities, both contractual and technical;
  • Providing contract/acquisition advice, as required;
  • Preparing contract modifications;


Contract and Grant Closeout Support

  • Performing required tasks to closeout contracts and grants in accordance with the FAR, Agencies FAR Supplements, CFR and administrative requirements;
  • Preparing final modifications, establishing final indirect rates, and obligating and de-obligating funds;
  • Creating or customizing databases to capture acquisition data and to monitor closeout activity;


Other Acquisition Support

  • Providing administrative support staff to input data and maintain acquisition databases;
  • Providing business writers to respond to FOIA requests and inquiries from prospective companies, congressional offices and other interested parties;
  • Providing training support in all aspects of contracts and acquisition (i.e. acquisition planning, solicitation management, proposal evaluation, source selection, negotiation planning, contract administration and contract closeouts).
