  • Develop Technical Evaluation Reports, Cost/Price Evaluation Reports, and Best Value Recommendations;
  • Develop negotiation plans and conduct negotiations;
  • Document and justify all procurement transactions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency procurement regulations;

Contract Administration Support

  • Conduct performance-monitoring activities, both contractual and technical;
  • Provide contract/acquisition advice, as required;
  • Prepare contract modifications;

Contract and Grant Closeout Support

  • Perform required tasks to closeout contracts and grants in accordance with the FAR, DFAR, CFR and administrative requirements;
  • Prepare final modifications, establish final indirect rates, and obligate and de-obligate funds;
  • Create or customize databases to capture acquisition data and to monitor closeout activity;

Other Acquisition Support

  • Provide administrative support staff to input data and maintain acquisition databases;
  • Provide business writers to respond to FOIA requests and inquiries from prospective companies, congressional offices and other interested parties;
  • Provide training support in all aspects of contracts and acquisition (i.e. acquisition planning, solicitation management, proposal evaluation, source selection, negotiation planning, contract administration and contract closeouts).
